If sending items for re-coating by post we also offer advice on an effective and safe packing method which can be viewed by clicking on the packing tips link below - please note that it is very difficult to obtain full insurance on glass items from any carrier so packing must be very secure.
Email enquiries are usually checked once or twice daily and we endeavour to reply as soon as possible. Response times may vary from within 30 minutes to several days, depending on our work load and urgency or complexity of the enquiry.
We must also point out that every care is taken with customer's goods but cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur while re-coating. Old coatings on items received can be very poor and it is occasionally impossible to predict/produce a perfect result.

By Car - We are about one and-a-half miles from the southern end of the M11 and its' junction with the A406 North Circular road. Entry to Barrett Road via Wood Street is now closed, please enter via Shernhall Street. Conveniently we are the first building on the right hand side after turning into Barrett Road from Shernhall Sreet.
WARNING If visiting we are now in a designated School Street. During shool weeks, vehicles will be fined if entereing between 3.00 pm and 4.15 pm

By Train and Underground - We are about a five minute walk from Wood Street station (Liverpool Street to Chingford line) and a fifteen minute walk from Walthamstow Central tube station at the northern end of the Victoria line. The tube line exit is via the platform of the Liverpool Street to Chingford line. A train from here, will take you one stop down to Wood Street station and save a ten minute walk.
By Bus - The W16 bus from Leytonstone station (not Leytonstone Central) passes the end of Barrett Road.
